Ticketing Policy

GENERAL PROVISION

By purchasing a ticket to attend an event hosted by Cosplay.ph, you agree not to sell or share your ticket or order confirmation email. In the event Cosplay.ph determines in its sole discretion that you have violated this policy, Cosplay.ph can cancel your ticket(s) and keep any money paid by you. 

Confirmations and/or tickets that have been sold or provided by anyone other than the Cosplay.ph Event will not be honored. 

Cosplay.ph reserves the right to refuse admission, service and cancel your ticket(s) at their sole discretion without liability.

When purchasing your ticket(s), you must provide an individual name for each ticket and each name must match a valid government-issued photo ID. 

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds or exchanges for tickets, wristbands, vouchers or product sales. Please review all items in your order before checking out to ensure you are purchasing the items you intend on buying.

No refunds will be given for missed shows. See Door Open and Close Policy.

CHILD ADMISSION POLICY

For most events, children with a height of 3FT (91CM) or below do not require a ticket to be admitted at any ticketed event; Children with a height of 3FT and above will require a ticket to enter the event area or venue and must occupy their ticketed seat only (when applicable). 

EVENT POSTPONEMENTS or CANCELLATIONS

Announcements for Postponed or Canceled Events will only be done via the official Cosplay.ph social network channels.

Events shall only be postponed or cancelled should there be any unforeseen circumstances - events such as but not limited to, Acts of God (including pandemic crisis), Rebellion, Insurgencies and other related conditions beyond the organizer’s control - that will render them unable to conduct or organize the event in safe conditions.

Ticket holders for Postponed or Canceled events will be advised on the next steps regarding their tickets. 

RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITED ITEMS/ACTIONS

General Provisions

By buying an event ticket, you agree both to be subject and to abide by the event’s Code of Conduct which can be found on the event website.

Any violation of the Events Code of Conduct, depending on the severity, may result in event access restrictions and/or removal from the event premises, without refund and appeal.

Cameras/Photography Restrictions

Non-professional, non-flash still photography will be permitted at most events at the show floor and displays. However, for some stage events, at the request of the Artist/Guest of Honor/Performer, photos, as well as video/audio, of any type are prohibited. This goes for special segments in Hall SP.  For more information as well as policies pertaining to video recording, please refer to the Photography & Video Policy listed in the Code of Conduct.

DOORS OPEN & CLOSE POLICY

Door opening times for all other shows/concerts are generally 60 minutes prior to the start of the show but can vary depending on the event. Therefore, it is recommended that you check the event page, or your email order confirmation for specific information regarding when doors will open for your event AND ticket type.

Door closing times are always when the event is scheduled to start.  Please check the event page to confirm the following:

• Concerts/Special Events: Once doors close, late arrivals may continue to be admitted until a designated time. No refunds or exchanges for arrivals after the designated cutoff time.
• Meet-and-Greets: Once the activity schedule passes, late arrivals may continue with staff approval. No refunds or exchanges for missed sessions.

THIRD-PARTY SALES/TICKET RESELLERS

Ticketmax is our official Ticketing sales platform. Resale or use of a third-party platform, unless officially approved by Cosplay.ph, to resell any credential, ticket or wristband is strictly prohibited.

PLEASE BE WARY OF SCAMMERS AND COUNTERFEIT CREDENTIALS, TICKETS, WRISTBANDS, OR VOUCHERS!

We highly discourage the purchase of credentials, tickets, wristbands, or vouchers from any unauthorized third-party or ticket reseller. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, wristbands, or vouchers, attendees should make all their purchases through Cosplay.ph authorized websites only.

The resale of tickets (“scalping”) is against the law and will not be permitted. Upon determination by Cosplay.ph that a holder of a credential, ticket, or wristband is in violation of this policy, the credentials, tickets, wristbands, and/or vouchers will be cancelled without refund. Scalping/reselling onsite, in or around the venue, is prohibited and strictly enforced.
